Thank you for everything you have done for me in a short notice time. I appreciate that. The question I would like to know is: If granted probation, can we get my probation transferred down to L.A. County since that’s my only address and that’s where my family is. Plus … has a restraining order on me and I don’t know nothing about this county. That would be the best way to keep me away from him. Do you think I have a chance of getting a lower sentence? Would my felonies turn into misdemeanors after my felony probation is over?
