Mr. Rooney:

I want to thank you for the great job you did on my case, I know it was a tough one. Due to the fact of the amount of drugs I had on me, but I was not selling to anyone, it was for my personal use only. I am very grateful for all your hard work on the case, and I promise you it won’t happen again. I have learned my lesson, it was an expensive one at that.

I have already been to the Probation Dept. here and tomorrow I go to my Drug Rehab. I am getting that taken care of right away. I have also contacted the Salvation Army and start my community service next Tuesday, I plan on doing the 32 hours next week and that will be taken care of also. When all is taken care of I will contact you so we can go back to court and try to get my probation dropped. I don’t know if that is the right way to word it, but you know what I mean, I hope you do anyhow.

The probation department here said I would have to go 2-3 times a week for three months, and then it would be once a week for nine months, a year total. I can handle that I know for sure.

Again, Thank You Very Much Mr. Rooney. I really do appreciate all of your hard work. I am especially grateful that you thought I was telling the truth about everything, and also knowing that you thought I didn’t deserve to go to jail made me feel real good.

Thank you
